Our firm was founded by Muhammad Akhter Shaikh, an OISC Qualified Immigration Advisor with extensive experience in the field of immigration and visa services. With qualifications including an MBA, MA in Economics, PGD in Computer Software, PGD in BIT, and being an ICEF Qualified Counsellor, Muhammad has a robust educational background to support his practical experience.

Muhammad’s career began in July 2006 at Britannia College of Excellence as an Administrator, where he handled client interactions, answered Home Office queries, and communicated with legal representatives regarding student applications and appeals. In October 2008, he joined Futures College as an Admin & Finance Manager, acting as Principal and Level 1 user for the UKBA, directly dealing with legal representatives and the UKBA to maintain the college’s license and compliance, while also assisting students with personal and immigration issues.

In October 2012, Muhammad became the Marketing & Development Manager at Midlands International College, creating new opportunities for the institution. He attended seminars on the Point-Based System and engaged with UKBA representatives to stay abreast of current regulations. In February 2014, he became an ICEF Trained Agent Counsellor, further enhancing his qualifications.

Currently, Muhammad’s vast experience and qualifications enable him to expertly handle AUS (UK) Immigration’s clients, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and support.
